Giles Countertop Warmers (GCW) are designed with flexibility in mind and feature a new, optional "first-in-class" modular concept. Create custom facing lengths to suit your needs and display a maximum number of menu favorites. Whether you serve fresh or packaged foods, the GCW keeps items fresh at the optimum safe serving temperatures. Full-view tempered glass provides maximum customer visibility... both full-service and customer self-serve versions are available. Turn that counter space into grab-n-go sales opportunities.

• Efficient LED lighting.
• Simple independent lower & upper heat controls on attendant side... bottom heat plate, upper infrared ceramic heaters, easy-to-read thermometer displays internal temperature.
• Units accommodate 2-1/2” to 4” deep steam table pans. Pan layouts are customizable in almost endless possibilities, utilizing combinations of most every pan size ... 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 & full size. Pans are NOT included.
• Two versions are available ... customer self-service or full attendant-service.
• Optional unit mating kit allows creation of expanded custom length facings.
• Warmers are easy to clean. The front glass tilts forward, or is completely removable without tools. Side glasses slide out easily and pan grid frame lifts out for thorough cleaning. Rear sliding glass doors lift out & have easy-clean-out tracks.
• Supplied with adjustable legs, but may be installed & operated without legs, if desired ... special sealing is required.
• All stainless steel construction.
